Our Standard Services
We offer a simple, flat feefor a standard (1,600 sq. ft. house on ¼ acre lot) exterior/interior cleanup along with free inspections and estimates. Prices are dependent upon size and condition of property found on initial inspection.
Interior cleanup: Includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, ceiling fans & light fixtures, laundry rooms, closets, and all other common living areas and garage [cleared out and swept clean]. We vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
Exterior cleanup: Lawns mowed, shrubs trimmed, weed-eating, raking, sidewalks and driveways edged.
Junk/Debris removal: Removal of interior and exterior junk/debris with price based on the number of cubic yards.
Scheduled Maintenance: One of the services we provide is continuous monthly house-cleaning and lawn maintenance to keep unoccupied houses and properties in clean and show condition to maximize your selling potential. Scheduled maintenance includes both the interior and exterior.
