The Lodging Program was designed to help tenants and owners that have gone through or about to enter into the foreclosure process. Our commitment to this process provides temporary shelter for the tenant and temporary occupancy for the owner.

Vision One Non-Profit Organization is assisting in providing referrals to this program. Vision One is located in Perris Ca., and are providing referrals to this program in surrounding Riverside and San Diego counties.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program brings together the resources of the individual, owner, Non-Profit organization and the property management company. Each entity involved is either providing discounted services or no service fee at all.

The participant will be able to view property & details about community etc. after completing screening/enrollment process. (Note: participants will be part of temporary lodging program, and is not a rental or tenant situation.) Lodging fee for each participant will be based on our cost divided by the number of participants per property.

Owner for three, four or five bedroom house has discounted properties on our list. The money that participant saves will allow them to enter into community sponsored program, which helps them to qualify for purchasing a home in one year. This is not a rental situation so there is no deposit.

There is a $500.00 non-refundable fee required from participant that helps cover expenses of the program. If participants must relocate due to sell of property, thirty days notice will be given. The $500.00 participant fee will not be required when participants are relocated to another property in our program. RIG will negotiate with owner the lowest cost for the use of property (starting at $800.00 and up.)
