THE REAL INVESTMENT GROUP (RIG) is offering a specialized real estate management service; especially during this time of economic hardship, which has had an adverse, affect on owners and tenants a like. Our company is collaborating with several (Non-Profit) organizations to help owners and tenants that have gone through or about to enter into the foreclosure process. Our commitment to this process provides temporary shelter for the tenant and temporary occupancy for the owner.
 
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
 
This program brings together the resources of the individual, owner, Non-Profit organization and the property management company. Each entity involved is either providing discounted services or no service fee at all. ALL WE NEED NOW IS YOUR PARTICIPATION! Remember working together to help each other is always profitable in every sense!
 
One of the obvious benefits to the owner is the property is occupied, preventing costly vandalism, generates income and keeps property in clean and show condition to maximize your selling potential.
  
GUARANTEED RENTAL PROGRAM
                                                                                                        
The fee’s that are paid to Management Company (RIG) are discounted to make this program work. Our services include – free inspection and estimate of exterior/interior clean-up; property maintenance; periodic on-site inspection and basic assistance with participants relocation if necessary:
 
1.) The benefit of this program TO OWNER is that (RIG) will guarantee the rental amount when relocating participant becomes necessary.
2.) No deposit will be necessary (our company (RIG) will make sure property’s exterior/interior are cleaned and returned to its original state when the participant moved in. 
3.) Periodic (weekly onsite inspection).
4.) Participants enroll in program preparing them to purchase home in as little as 1 year.
 
 
Our collaboration with different government and community agencies provide a list of qualified participants. Once we have an owner and participant match, owner will enter into month-to-month agreement with our company (RIG). Our company will then provide temporary lodging for participants.
 
OWNER &  RENTAL PROGRAM
 
Our desired lease agreement with owner will be $800.00 dollars. The money that participant saves will allow them to enter into community sponsored program, which helps them to qualify for purchasing a home in one year.
